What is a Derma Rejuv Skin Roller?

It's a small hand held roller with fine, micro needles, when rolled across the skin it creates micro channels in the inner surface of your skin to enhance absorption of the ingredients in the skincare and beauty products you apply. How Does the Derma Rejuv Work?

As you roll the skin roller over your skin, it creates pin point punctures into the top layer of the skin (the epidermis) - the majority of which are simply pushing your pores open temporarily. Our Derma Rejuv skin roller is specifically made for personal use at home. It's made of surgical grade titanium needles, and sterilized for optimum results and safety.

We use titanium needles instead of steel needles because titanium is accepted by the body naturally.

How to Use the Derma Rejuv Skin Roller

Establish a Sterile Environment:
Please ensure that you wash your hands thoroughly prior to using the Skin Roller. Dry with a clean towel. Have the following items available:

• Face Cleanser
• - Dry, Normal, Combination, and Sensitive skin, use Rose Hip Seed Oil
• - Oily and problematic skin, use AHA Face Cleanser


• Exfoliator
• - All skin types, use Glycolic Acid Exfoliating Skin Treatment


• Moisturizer
• - Dry, Normal, Sensitive and Combination skin, use Multi Peptide Cream
• - Oily and problematic skin, use Retinol A Cream


• Hydrate
• - All skin types, use Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Serum

Step One: Wash your face and neck area with the appropriate face cleanser, then apply the Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Serum in a thin layer.

Step Two: Apply the Skin Roller in the horizontal, vertical, diagonal direction on your entire face and neck area. Rolling with minimal pressure is sufficient as using high pressure does not infiltrate more substances into the skin. It’s recommended to move the roller in one direction, from the crown to the front and/or sides. We also recommend that you use the roller at bedtime every other day until your skin becomes accustomed to the derma roller, then you can roll daily if you think it’s necessary. * You may experience redness and irritation due to microchannels formed, but those will be gone away in 1 to 2 hours.

Step Three: Reapply Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Serum to face and neck area after using Microneedle Skin Roller.

Step Four: Apply appropriate amount of appropriate moisturizer onto the face and neck.

Step Five: (for daytime treatment): Apply appropriate amount of Sun Protective Cream onto the face and neck.

Step Six: (for nighttime treatment): Apply Moisturizer Cream on your face and neck before bedtime.

Q. How do I Take Care of my Skin Roller?
Skin roller aftercare

After each skin rolling session always apply an effective cream or lotion. One of the benefits of skin needling is it's ability to enable deeper penetration and absorption of topical products. Also, make sure to rinse the roller well under hot water then dip it into a glass of rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide to disinfect it.

After that -- lay the roller sideways on a towel and let it dry completely before putting it away. Make sure to lay it on it's side -- you don't want to dull the needles.....so be very careful that the needles don't touch any hard surface.

We recommend that you use the same solution used to sterilize baby's bottles for re-sterilization.

DO NOT USE: The Derma Rejuv skin roller should not be used on irritated or infected skin, fungal skin infections, severe active acne, etc. If you are not sure about your skin condition consult a dermatologist.
